  • First Payment: 50% required up front

  • Second Payment: Due 30 days before arrival, collected automatically

  • Damage Waiver: $69

  • Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00% (less $25.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Enjoy three total gulf facing pools, including two seasonally heated pools, located between towers 1 & 2 as well as towers 3 & 4.  The main lagoon style pool is located between towers 2 & 3.  Long Beach also features hot tubs as well as each beach access from each tower.
