About This Condo

You won't ever want to leave this fantastic 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 7th floor condo that sleeps 12! The gulf-facing master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and private master bath. You'll find one full and one queen bed and a flat-screen TV in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has two full beds and a flat-screen TV.


This condo has two additional full-size bathrooms. Floor to ceiling views of the Gulf greet you in the living room. The living room has a queen pull out sleeper sofa and and a large flat screen TV.


You'll find a separate dining room that overlooks the Lagoon pool with seating for 6. The dining area also has seating in front of the window overlooking the Lagoon style pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.


Watch the sun set into the Gulf from the wrap-around private balcony. For your convenience, this unit comes with a washer and dryer, Free WiFi, and 1 parking pass (additional parking passes can be purchased). Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach.


Come golf at the gulf! Edgewater features a par-3 executive golf course, basketball hoops, pickleball, shuffleboard, and tennis facilities.
